As with written materials, the production of good accessible material depends on a wide range of skills. At BTM we have over 30 years experience which we draw on to advise and guide at all of the possible five key stages involved in converting written text to an accessible format.

Our Workgroups
We have a range of workgroups that develop and deliver accessible information. These workgroups are made up of people with learning disabilities, people with mental ill health and people who are Deaf.

British Sign Language Services
Our BSL projects work to ensure we meet the communication needs of BSL users.

Hear Our Voice Project
Hear Our Voice works with disabled people. They share through film, audio, photography, and animation the issues that affect them. This project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

Engaging People
Engaging People is a project funded by the NHS to support more people and communities to get involved and have a say about healthcare in the Bradford and Craven district.
It is a partnership project between BTM, HALE, CNet, Healthwatch and the Bradford CCG’s.

This team is at the heart of our delivery & production. We offer an opportunity for all the citizens of the district to access a broad range of information in a multitude of formats.
